Okay everyone... I have a holiday challenge for all of us. All the ice-bucket challenge stuff inspired an idea. In the new few days and weeks, most of us will enjoy the presence of friends and family, eat amazing meals, and spend at least a little more money than usual. My challenge for us is to intentionally pick one way to give back to others who may not be so fortunate in this holiday season. Something simple, doable, and meaningful. Most importantly, set a date for yourself right now in your phone, calendar, etc... that you will take action by. Some ideas to consider: - Donate to your local food bank - Donate internationally - Samaritans Purse - Clean out your closets and donate to... salvation army, womens shelter, etc... - Donate to fight child poverty... google search child poverty charity - Donate to local youth center - Donate to fight disease... St. Jude, Make A Wish, etc... If you have a great idea that isnt listed, add it as a comment. The more comments, to more likely this will appear on your wall for others to see. Pay it forward!
