Okay everyone, its time to step to the plate and get moving on some things. 1) I will be making another payment on Prestons headstone this week. I have heard from some, received money from a few and heard nothing from a bunch. Im not asking for you to send a lot. When I first asked if everyone was interested in helping, I received an overwhelming YES. So now Im just following up with that request. 2) Our 30th reunion is coming up. WHAT? Yes, weve really been out of high school for 30 years. So we need people to volunteer to help get this planning process moving. Like fast! Because I think this worked so well five years ago, Id like to propose a summer reunion in OKC and when the fall reunion in Woodward during Homecoming weekend. If you have any better suggestions, then by all means, volunteer to be on the planning committee!!! So far the date that has been thrown out is the weekend of June 12-14. If we have a huge group that cant make it that day, we need to know now. We could do it the week after as well, its just thats Fathers Day weekend. Or suggestions are welcome. So we need you to step up and offer to help out. Need ideas and assistance in securing a location, food, fun, etc. I would like to propose an initial meeting on Sunday, January 18 so starting raising those hands NOW!
