Okay here is the break down of money spent at todays tailgate. There was a total of $1200.00 collected from all four teams this year. I was not able to collect funds for every boy in the league so as discussed openly I decided that instead of only purchasing awardsétailgate items for the select boys from funds collected that I would spread out the monies collected to make sure that ALL league members received something at the end of today. The boys both junior and senior not only over came some of their own challenges this season but also dealt with the fact of playing the same team every week all the way until today like total gentleman... I thought it would just be a fun way to send them off xo So 101 players was the final roster count $172.00 spent on certificates $720.22 spent on lunch bags, lunches, snacks and etc. $350.14 spent on gift draw table Total $1242.36 $42.36 over budget A huge thank you to all the parents that brought treats, prizes, help to set up and anything else Im forgetting.
