Okay, last week may have been a quiet one with just the one show (albeit a great one, bringing to mind some of the great hardcore shows of old)... But this week is a different proposition altogether! Weve got five (count em) gigs on consecutive nights... Wednesday sees Kerrang! approved rockers Ocasan come to town, with support from the inimitable Rhys Kirkman, The Kitchies and AKA... Then on Thursday, hometown heroes White Fly launch their cracking new EP at our all ages Easter spectacular... Also playing are New Lake, Bass X Height, Bloom and Kryssie and Jack. Dont be caught out by early doors (at 6:45), but do get down early because its sure to be a busy one! Friday sees the return of the one and only Zion Train who will need no introduction... Ting & Ra & The Iries are opening up that one for us. You might want to get your tickets in advance just to make sure... On Saturday, The Winchester Collective DJs play host to their indie rock party, which features performances from local favourites White Line Diaries, The Metatrons, The State Affair and Alex Bay... Which brings us neatly to Childhood, one of the countrys up and coming indie rock bands, no strangers to the big festival stages... And it wont be the first time at Club 85 for one of them! Kumara follow up Februarys sell-out show with a main support slot, and opening for us on the night are up and coming indie quartet Casual Panic. Another night that you may be advised to get advance tickets for! Ill gladly buy a drink for anyone who makes it to all five! ;) Luv Roger x
