Okay my HBS cuties - I have checked out Sofra and it looks awesome. There is around 30 of us for the party, give or take, so I have booked upstairs in their Lounge area. I have set the $40 menu as its the same as the $50 and less of a head ache for me. I have organised and paid for 10 bottles of Sauv Blanc but with 30 people might be gone pretty quickly. When our Sauv Blanc is gone the house wine is a chardonnay at $25 (pretty sure we wont tell the difference by then). The meal and the initial wine will be all paid for before we start then another bill will start and they have agreed to write everyones name on the bill for drinks for non HBS Members and for further drinks than what has been included. They still wont separate the bill but when I am nudging you for your money at the end make sure your cashed up! Looks fantastic and I CANT WAIT. Gypsy singing and belly dancing - not sure what entertainment they have booked though!!!!
