Okay so since im completely done with the makeup chapter in class *have been for some time* and have gained TONS of experience throughout the last 9 years I will be providing MAKEUP & SKIN CARE tips every WEEK starting TONIGHT & TOMORROW. :) READ BELOW FOR MORE DETAILS MY FIRST MAKEUP TIP EVER IS: Never apply eyeliner on your waterline UNLESS it is white. Black eyeliners can actually stain your waterline overtime and it makes your eye look very small. If you want to accentuate your eyes to make them look bigger, put a WHITE eyeliner pencil on your waterline to give the illusion that your eyes are bigger. Instead of putting eyeliner on your waterline you could apply it directly below it or you could add a bit of a shadow to outline but make sure its blended well. BLENDING IS THE KEY WHEN IT COMES TO MAKEUP. Unless youre going for a very dramatic look. The only time you should really put black eyeliner on your waterline is if you are going for a BOLD LOOK. Also, previous bacteria could be on your eyeliner if you dont sanitize it after every use. By sanitize I mean sharpening it or if you have a roll out pencil maybe breaking a little piece off.
