Theyve been deep into surveillance technologies and profiling in Minority communities. They havent found a terrorist jihadist yet. So what about the fact that law enforcement has been using espionage tactics in neighborhoods and communities pitting everyone against each other. While spreading lies and propaganda against African-Americans and minorities within the society. Everywhere you go those who are new to the area behave in the same manner,not By choice but by influence of law enforcement policies and practices of their status quo.. Tell merchants that all black people are thieves and criminals. Black people are responsible for diseases and sickness in America. But it was through the civil process that peace and stability is given a chance. We should never underestimate or undermine our new neighbors and those who are new to America. By using decisive and deceitful to excommunicated the African-American population from defending themselves against attacks by police. By creating tip lines and baiting tactics to catch and entrap people into crimes that are not even taking place. Its the misinterpretation of the law along with the abuse of power that is becoming the real problem.
