Okay... so this video is working with Hz (a measure of frequency - as in sound), and red light therapy works with nm (a measure of wavelength of electromagnetism), but it still illustrates how unseen energy affects visible matter. It has been found that all healthy living cells prefer to be have a wavelength of 660nm. Our red light emits a wavelength of 660nm (which happens to be in the visible light spectrum and appears red). Our red light are to living cells what a jump start is to a car battery. Oh... and its a cool video to boot. :) PhotonicHealth
