It was discovered that selfish desires, pride and lack if humility to God and his command, where responsible for all the behaviours. The effects led to an unanswered prayers, if they should close ranks with God in humility, then he will forgive, restore and exalt them. The manner where fellow believer criticize and judge others was sharply rebuked with an advice to resist the works of the Devil. Remember, Jesus is the end of the law and the perfect judge. The greed and selfish desires of our brethren/ leaders have made the families and the society to witness various economic, human and physical losses. Selfish desires and pride has brought about lawlessness, quarreling, fighting and division in the churches and among brethren with prayers hindered. If these are your stock in trade, then you are an agent of the devil that needs to sincerely repent. Your fame or ordination should not get into your head, for you to start criticizing and rubbishing the next person as we see today. Elders, ministers and various Christian denominations should avoid criticizing and judging one another. wish that is also done out of selfish desires should stop and repent. Christ is been ridicule, but should love less money but have the nature of Christ 1Tim.6:10&11. Selfish desires produce evil, flee the evil works of Satan, be humble and avoid rancours James 4:10-12 Selfish desires always produces evil and never good. Shalom
