On 3 January 2015 at 17:21 hours stations 54 and 56 were dispatched to a residence on Arlington Ave in West Goshen Township for the report of a house fire. Fire apparatus was on the scene reporting fire showing from the first floor, side A, of a two story split level house. The crew from the first arriving fire truck went in the front door and attacked the fire that had engulfed the first floor. Once the bulk of the fire on the first floor was knocked down the crews moved to the second floor where there was some extension. Crews remained on scene until about 8pm. The fire is under investigation by the Fire Marshals office. No civilian injuries were reported although one firefighter suffered a minor facial laceration.
