On Sunday I did the CrossFit Movement and Mobility Course with Johanna and Ernie. If you get the chance to do it, I highly recommend it. It was one of the best courses Ive done because it revealed to me some fantastic techniques that I can teach you all which can really unleash greater athletic performance in you. You will notice some new mobility practices at Geo. Prepare yourself to become supple. Heres one technique we learnt which will release tight hip flexors and help you to attain a better position when you squat i.e. keep your chest up, stay more upright.
