On Tuesday morning, Michael Smith of Norridgewock, Maine was woken up by a tree removal company on his property. So he went outside . . . shirtless . . . and yelled at them to leave. A few minutes later, he was woken up again . . . by a SWAT team SWARMING his house. The tree removal workers had called the cops, because they saw a GUN in Michaels waistband. But it turns out it was just a TATTOO of a gun, pointed downward on his hip. So if Michaels just wearing pants and no shirt, from a distance, it looks like hes got a gun in his pants. And THATS what the workers saw. Fortunately the SWAT team didnt break in shooting. They were eventually able to sort out all the confusion, and no charges were filed.
