On dec.9 I went to Dekalb court I spoke with Mrs. Heather Nicholson about setting up an appt. with Judge Daniel coursey she stated that he will not speak with me without my daughters dad.I went on to say that we are going through some discrimination and r rights to a place to live is being blocked. I told her our home was bombed in Chicago and thats why we are in this situation. She ref me to family law center and their I spoke with a legal aid asst who told me. I would have 2pay for the documents that I need 2 put in2 the file however,I explained to her that I already wrote a letter explaining the situation to Judge Coursey I explained that our home in Chicago was bombed and we r being discriminated against and all of our rights are being violated an we are unable to find safe shelters I had no other choice but to ask my daughters father to help me by allowing our daughter to stay with him until I can get stable.He agreed an this is what he has done the legal aid was trying to get me 2 do a child support form online which I thought looked
