On the afternoon of 8/11/14, Officer Price saw James Mancebo Jr., 32, from Escalon, enter Big Boy Market. Officer Price knew Mancebo Jr. had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Officer Price contacted Mancebo Jr. and placed him under arrest. With Mancebo was Aaron Pombo, 27, from Escalon. A search of Pombos person revealed suspected methamphetamine. A subsequent search of his vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia and items relating to identity theft. Mancebo Jr. was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail for his warrants, where his bail is set an $35,000.00. Pombo was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of personal identification information. His bail was set at $19,000.00
