On the menu tonight … BBQ Pit beef strips n veggie stir fry with macaroni… 1 tbls YIAH BBQ Pit dukkah (just enough to flavour the dish) a drizzle of YIAH Caramelised balsamic vinegar a drizzle of YIAH Apricot n Plum balsamic vinegar (sampler!!) seasoned with YIAH Smoked Orange, Garlic n Chilli grinder salt cooked Macaroni ~ beef schnitzel strips ~ asst veggies cook the veggies and beef, flavour with the YIAH taste of choice, add the macaroni, serve n season to taste unusual and very very tasty! there were taste sensations anew in every bite … yummo!
