On the risk of being the subject of ridicule for a Millennia; if one can be serious about the issue of male urination, I would be very appreciative. Sitting down on a toilet seat rather than urinating standing up, is far more hygienic and less prone to any mishaps. My own experience as a diabetic, has taught me that the most hygienic way of urination for men, is to follow the example of women, and sit on a toilet seat to urinate. Once you have emptied your bladder, use toilet paper to dry as much urine from your penis as possible. If you do this consistently, you will be less prone to mishaps, you will be cleaner, smell less, be more hygienic, and find that you can wear your underwear, for longer periods of time. I have been doing this for about a year due to my frustration with my own mishaps. I am an insulin dependent type 2 diabetic, and if I do not manage my condition well, I have to go to the toilet multiple times a day, in order to urinate. Believe me, this method of sitting down to urinate and cleaning yourself with toilet paper after emptying your bladder, works excellently for me, as I am sure that it will work for any male. I am 57 years of age, but I am fairly certain that it would work for men at any age, even if they do not have diabetes.
