On tour yesterday I met Tom Pattinson, installing 2014 SURGE Art 2014 at the Red Gate Gallery in Dongbianmen’s magnificent 600-year old Ming dynasty tower. They were installing Surge Art 2014 pop up which open on Saturday and goes on until Wednesday the 10th.
