Once again "Heart of Mumbai - Aarey Colony". Today, big day-most exciting having great significance, got possession of second new dreamed flat. I feel this is the most remarkable, high risk and strategic move in my career. “Har kisi ka din aata hai” similar emotions feeling today as life is travelling around the peak level of my career path. All credit goes to great well created "Shivling" which found in aarey colony 2 years back and it was pushing me continuously to find the better place for it. Finally I found the best suitable place for Lord Shiva in the heart of nature which he always prefers to live. The new destination will provide basic platform for Little Shani to grow naturally and will help to spot his inclination due to close-knit presence of Film city, lush green play ground, beautiful God gifted nature and infrastructure of the modern age. After realizing the beauty of nature, I think redefining the definition of life is must and should salute the implicit power of nature. Back to pavilion, taking possession of new flat after completion of Marathon documentation and money management gives huge relief and satisfaction.We hold our nerves during last 6 months unassured journey and finally achieved what we want. 1. 14th April : Meeting with Builder to purchase the flat. Due to stringent finance offer rejected his offer. 2. 21st April- 20th June: Started Searching flat of Golf view. 3. 20th June: Incidentally met up Shiva proprietor in golf ground in front of Lord Shiva temple. 4. 29th June: Meeting with Owner. No final conclusion. 5. 30th June: Approaching ING Vysya bank and submission of documents for Pre-sanction. After 21 days of follow up reply from their side “Documents Lost-Inconvenience Regretted”. Here ING betray my trust and made me ruthless to transfer my existing loan to SBI. If bank cannot keep your documents safely then how can you make long relations with them and what’s the guarantee of safeness of existing high valued documents? 6. 13th July: 2nd Meeting with owner with final negotiation 7. 23 July: Approaching Semi-government cultured SBI for Home loan. 8. 17th Aug: Received pre-sanction letter on 17th August after long follow up. 9. 26th August: Flat Registration with certain clauses. 10. 20th September: Home Loan Sanctioned. 11. 8th October: Possession of dreamed destination. !!! Happy and well deserving end !!! Now the biggest challenge is to renovate the flat with higher standards using creative and distinguished concepts what we experienced till today to become the integral part of beautiful nature considering trees, grass, flowers, hills, birds, stars, Sun/moon light and fresh air.
