One for our Edinburgh Based Members: STUC Bedroom Tax Conference Saturday 29th June 2013: 10am—2.30pm: Meadowbank Stadium, Edinburgh Further to my briefing dated 7 June (BB63.13), as part of the Austerity Uncovered campaign the STUC is hosting a conference focused on the Bedroom Tax on Saturday 29th June. Attendees will have the opportunity to question politicians in a plenary session and take part in two of the four workshops on offer. Full details of the event are still being finalised and the STUC will send you an email direct within a few days of you registering, providing more details of the agenda and arrangements. They will ask you to respond to the email to confirm that you definitely wish to attend. Individuals who do not have access to email can call STUC to book a place. Please note that places at the conference are limited and that in normal circumstances online and telephone bookings will only be taken from the individual who wishes to attend.
