One kind gesture can turn someones day, week or month around! Ive been really flat as of late. A lot going on and Im under a lot of pressure as everyone is these days but it caught up with me. Having one person truly look out for me made me smile and gave me a little spark to wake up a little extra early that next morning to hit the gym. Then from the gym I felt motivated and got in touch with my amazing skin specialist and started up on a new skin range to fix my hamburger/pizza face which was also getting me down. I instantly felt motivated and then wrote a song and naturally have eaten healthier meals and had more energy to smile and think positively. Its crazy how motivated my mind is today from a little chain reaction. Always make an effort to smile and support people, it does more than you know and you never know when youll need it!
