Dance training in different styles in preparation for more advanced classes. 5.45pm – 6.45pm Theatre Arts Seaton 12 Weeks £60.00 A 1 hour class includes ½ hour Mash Fusion (singing glee style) Improve vocal technique & performance whilst learning to blend, mix up and harmonise some cool tunes. ½ hour Lights Camera Action’ Build self esteem and Improve acting & performance skills in both theatre in television. 7.00pm – 7.45pm Bollywood Fitness Seaton 5 Weeks £22.50 Suitable for mixed ages and abilities Bollyfitness is a Bollywood dance based workout, designed to increase your heart rate and get you pumped! Bollyfitness uses your individual muscle mass along with specific toning movements to ensure that you work up a sweat and exercise all the core muscle groups of the body.
