One of last summers must do things was to go on a hitchhiking trip to somewhere in Europe. So at the beginning of August I opened Europe map to look for possible destinations. Target was to get as far as possible in two days, spend two days in the target city and then to get back in two days, altogether - six days. Berlin, with distance just over 800km looked reachable, so we decided to go with it. With smallest preparation - 1 sleeping bag, some clothes and a paper LV flag we hitted the road. Throwing ourselves in one of the most spontaneous weeks of our lifes. The freedom when you dont have to follow any plan and you can just go with adventurous flow is one of the most amazing feelings. We sleept in a stairway, almost got robbed by gypsies, took a ride in a police car (4 times), couchsurfed, spent 20h on a cargo truck with a latvian driver who took as home from the PL/DE border just because he saw the LV flag..... Go out there, open your self for spontanious decisions and magical things will happen. Heres some moments from our trip:
