One of my biggest realisations today is that I am a feminist. No that doesnt mean I am radical fundamentalist ... it means that I do believe that we all have equal rights, we do not need a man to make us whole, and that we are able to stand next to men and not as subordinates. The best question posed today is why when a girl is assertive is she deemed to be bossy? Shes not bossy she has executive leadership skills!
