One of my favorite movie quotes ever is from a movie that is NOT a western , but is in REFERENCE to westerns. The movie is called An Unfinished Life and stars Robert Redford, Morgan Freeman, and Jennifer Lopez. Redford is Lopezs estranged father and she takes refuge from an abusive husband at Redfords mountain ranch. In a scene where the husband confronts Redford after being threatened by him , he tells Redford , Youve seen too many westerns, old man. Redford responds, That doesnt exactly work in your favor. I LOVE that!
