One of my friends asked me if I could learn to sing and play Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran on the piano, my sister asked the same thing. I told them it was too high for me to sing (though I am a tenor, due to the years without practice, my voice slowly deepens and slowly loses its intensity). I sat on my piano a while ago and tried playing it first, then I tried singing it. I thought I was going to choke in the middle of the high notes but I didnt. I actually, legitimately could sing it even though I thought it was too high pitched. Moral of my story, youll never know until you try. We are too afraid of what could go wrong and we forget that what could also go right :)
