One of the most profound things Ive ever witnessed was the changing in colour of Ayres Rock (Uluru) on the second night we were there. The rock went from its normal red/orange colour to the most incredibly vibrant flaming orange that Ive ever seen. The change was so rapid too. Literally in the space of minutes it happened. I created a time lapse, taking one photo every 30 seconds. There were a lot more, however one of the kids knocked the tripod and the first part was messed up. Theres another point where the tripod was knocked again, but thankfully its not too bad. I hope you enjoy this little movie. Nothing does justice to the real thing like being there, and I can only hope those who havent been there yet make the effort to go.
