Please be advised that the Petitioner FULLY RETRACTS ALL Previous Story regarding Joshua J. Cumberland and would like to bring URGENT ATTENTION the following: 1) After hundreds of hours of discussion and work for Joshua John Cumberland regarding several online sites, written literature and more. - I now TRULY believe with all my HEART and SOUL that JOSHUA JOHN CUMBERLAND is a THREAT to SOCIETY and CHILDREN. For several weeks Joshua John Cumberland has had me The Petitioner Under Threat and Threats against my life and my familys lives. Joshua has threatened to KILL several people including his EX-WIFE CHRISTINE and that it was just a matter of time. He uses a name by KENNETH EARL ALLEN as a heavier threat whom Joshua claims has the power from behind the scenes to have anyone ASSASSINATED. - (Although I persnonally spoke with Mr. Allen, I am unable to validate whether or not I was speaking with the real Ken Allen. 2) I The Petitioner Have RECORDED and DOCUMENTED evidence of ALL CLAIMS herein and above not limited to the herein forementioned. - - I AM WILLING TO TURN ALL EVIDENCE OVER TO THE COURTS. DUE to the MAGNITUDE OF THE ONGOING HARASSMENTS, THREATS, Severe INTIMIDATION, Seemingly POSSIBLE upcoming PRE-MEDITATED MURDER against myself, family, and others by a THIRD PARTY means, DECEIT, COERCION, BLACKMAIL, AND BRIBING, I, The Petitioner recently made attempts to acknowledge this acitivity and behaviour, and due to the above, was coerced to retract the truth and fabricate that this petition was hacked. - But it was not. 4) JOSHUA JOHN CUMBERLAND has on numerous and almost daily occassions displayed extremely aggressive attitudes and behaviour(s). I have witnessed, via phone conversations, Joshua John Cumberland exhibiting psychologically aggressive and abusive tone, and in my opinion, threatening behaviour with CHILDREN who currently reside with him. Please be advised that other individuals besides myself, believe that JOSHUA JOHN CUMBERLAND IN MY MY OPINION IS AN ENDANGERMENT TO US, OTHERS, AND POTENTIALLY TO CHILDREN CURRENLTY IN HIS CARE. I/We are aware that claims regarding CHILD and DOMESTIC ABUSE were made against Mr. Cumberland by his Ex-Wife Christine. - I/We now are under the impression and believe this may be factual. - I/We are prepared to SHARE ALL EVIDENCES within LEGAL MEANS and through the appropriate legal channels and/or facilities in order to PROTECT OURSELVES, THE CHILDREN, AND THOSE MENTIONED AND NOT MENTIONED HEREIN FROM FURTHER SERIOUS AND SEVERE ABUSE and MANIPULATIONS. PLEASE BE ADVISED: That Mr. Cumberland has advised me personally as well as others regarding his team of individuals and/or accomplices in these matters. Many of whom have given statement(s) on behalf and in defense of Mr. Cumberland. - I/We have personally spoke with a Mr. Kenneth Earl Allen of Indialantic Florida via phone whereas Mr. Allen proceeds to endorse Mr. Cumberlands claims by verbal confirmation, silence, and/or non-responsive means. Mr. Allen is alleged to be an extremely wealthy and powerful man whom has several business dealings with Mr. Cumberland and is fully capable of pursuing by secretive means ways to follow through with the above threats as stated by Mr. Cumberland. This again, is backed evidentially by a series of recordings and supportive documentations, texts, Facebook messages, and Emails. (Be advised that I personally have no proof that I was speaking with the Real Mr. Allen accept through Phone reversal methods on numbers given for personal contact). I myself, was assured and claimed to have been hired by Mr. Cumberland and Mr. Allen to effectively CLEAR Mr. Cumberlands name via the courts by means of applying the appropriate pressure(s) through various avenues such as online petitions, out-sourced medias, Facebook, websites, Youtube, and more. - I have extended my well-being, health, and more over the past couple months while under the impression that I personally was recieving a large SUM of MONEY, both LEGAL and HIDDEN Monie(s) of large proportions as well as legal contracts and an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). - None of which were ever recieved. - Only thing received daily was the above mentioned herein and the threats in which weigh heavy on my shoulders. - And the fact that Mr. Cumberland and partners have mine and others personal information, bank account information, location(s), and more. Apparently, with Mr. Cumberlands current sustained allegations pertaining to CHILD ABUSE and DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN, this allegation is affecting current business related relationship(s) pertaining and not limited to BILLIONS of dollars from oversea investor(s) and accounts. As well, there is more to that STORY. Based on the information provided within this petition and as a summarized testimony of FACTS, All the above has seriously affected my health, my well-being physically as well as mentally. As well as the health and well-being of others. - And therefore with the knowledge of certain legitimacy regarding these matters, I/We feel beyond a reasonable doubt that these THREATS are VERY REAL and may come to FRUITION in the very near future before or after the smoke dies down.
