Openings for Substitute teachers: Project Reflect is seeking qualified individuals to serve as substitute teachers both for day-to-day coverage and to cover upcoming maternity leaves in our K-4 charter school. The successful application will have a college degree and be professional and well spoken with the ability to follow lesson plans and our behavior plan. We value intelligence, a strong work ethic, compassion, humor, and determination. Teachers arrive at school at 7:15am and remain on campus until 4:30pm. Our academic day is 7:30am to 4pm, Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am to 12:30pm on Fridays. Occasional substitutes are finished after Friday dismissal. Term substitutes will remain with our teaching faculty for professional development and planning. Preference will be given to certificated applicants and to those with experience working with elementary-aged children, but we are open to meeting other candidates.
