Oregon friends: Im doing some research and it suddenly occurred to me that, despite Oregons law allowing only a ticket for possession of less than an ounce since the 70s, I cannot think of a single person I know that has ever received one of these tickets (and I know a LOT of people in the marijuana community, so that is a little surprising). I can, however, think of multiple people who have faced arrest for marijuana related crimes (although most of them were either growing, accused of selling or possessed more than an ounce so they too wouldnt fit into the category of under an ounce). So my question is - have you ever been arrested OR ticketed in Oregon for possession of less than an ounce? If so - which was it? A ticket or an arrest? Share your story - Im interested. :) Share with your friends too - I want to hear as many stories as I can in the next few days (my wall is public - ANYONE can post without friending me - although they are welcome to friend me if they want :))
