Other people’s judgment of me is none of my business: The few who live by this axiom enjoy much greater interior freedom than the many who don’t. Detachment from OPJ other is a freaking must for any kind of real progress in greater self-worth. The biggest OMG you could have is realizing that what another person judges you as - is nothing more than what they believe about themselves. So the next time someone judges you as stupid worthless or undeserving remember that those who judge people in crappy ways - are projecting on to others judgments of themselves.
