Our Dinner Tonight Beef Steak with Chicken Pasta and addons.. Three Years back my brother cooked pan fried steak which is the easiest to cook if you dont have a tandoor or oven. It was the Best thing I ever ate in my life. That taste remained in my teeth till now.. yesterday when mum told we got a big loaf of meat I jumped up and said I wanna make Steak Mum was like Okay! Go Ahead :). She taught me how to Carve the loaf. we cut quite a few pieces. I used only salt and pepper to spice it up and put it in a hot Non stick pan with Few tbsp. of Olive Oil and there!! Shashahshahsdshshshsshshshaaa It went on... I Cooked one side for 4-5mins and turned it with Tongs .. poked fork to check if it was Cooked. Later on.. I put it in the Foil and immediately covered it so that it doesnt get cold. Mum made Hot and sour Soup which we used as Sauce and drizzled it over the steak!!! The #OhSoYum Taste it had I could Die.. :D. We ate it with pasta and coleslaw salad :).. I FEEL GOOD. Hope you all like it :)
