Our Insignia tv decided to crap out after owning it for only about 3 years. After reading some reviews online of similar problems with the brand I wish we had spent a little more money for a better brand. The remote wont work to do anything the manual controls on the tv itself dont work. It is stuck on one channel and the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. Long story short, if your considering buying an Insignia from best buy because the price is good, dont. You will actually save money by buying a better brand.
