Our biology is our biography is so true! Given the stress of the last few weeks, my immune system has finally shut down and I am feverish, coughing and almost unable to do anything worthwhile. This is the first time all day I have been able to even think of opening my computer. Whether change is planned, exciting or not, the stress associated with change and transitions is real. And it is a very good thing to honor this and take care of yourself during these sensitive times...it is a strength that I have had to learn over a lifetime to be kind to myself and not keep pushing through like a warrior. Sometimes the wizards way is the best path. Back to my pot of tea and blankie.
