Our daughter Veronica has been selected for another award in acknowledgement of her commitment to community service. Veronica will represent Godwin High School as The Martin Luther King Jr. “Light of Hope” recipient Lights of Hope award will be presented to a student from each Henrico County Public school who best demonstrates the attributes of Dr. King. at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemoration Association’s program at Henrico High School, on Monday, January 19, 2015 She was also selected from her school as a Comcast Leaders and Achievers Scholarship Nominee, she will now go on to apply for the scholarship.
