Our federal government has become a completely lawless - TopicsExpress

Our federal government has become a completely lawless organization. The Executive branch makes up laws as they go, with impunity and without oversight. Congress passes unconstitutional law, sold to the highest corporate campaign finance bidder. The Supreme Court seems to throw darts at the Constitution, and makes legal the actions of our lawless leaders. Case in point: Congress has set a debt ceiling limit of $16.69942 trillion. The United States Treasury reported on May 17th of this year that the U.S. debt had reached $16.69940 trillion, about $20 million short of the limit that set by Congress. On July 26th, the Treasury has continued to report that the U.S. debt is still holding at exactly $16.99940 trillion; despite having issued new government debt instruments, in excess of $50 billion greater than the value of redeemed instruments. How is this possible? The most likely answer is that the Treasury department has falsified the reports, and is lying to Congress. This should come as no surprise. The Treasury Department has already put Congress on notice that they will no longer acknowledge their Constitutional authority, and has openly threatened to override the debt limit. In fact, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew sent a letter to Congressional leaders stating, "We will not negotiate over the debt limit. The creditworthiness of the United States is non-negotiable. The question of whether the country must pay obligations it has already incurred is not open to debate." The charade is over. The coup is nearly complete. Treasury has dropped all remaining pretenses of Constitutionality, and openly defected to the Federal Reserve Bank. It is now clear that Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and the rest of the global banking cartel have taken full control of the faith and credit of the Federal Reserve Note, formerly known as the US. Dollar. The cartel is squeezing every penny of wealth and equity out of the American People, with the submissive obedience of Congress, and the merciless enforcement of the Executive branch. How do we stop this? We do so by introducing competing currencies on a state level. As governor, that will be one of my highest priorities. Take A Stand with me to protect your savings and property.
