Our kitty is on my mind tonight. She travels with us between our homes in Portland and the Yakima Valley. At our lunch stop today she escaped. Temps are to be in the single digits tonight. She is a survivor. I know if she stays away from cars, she will find warmth. The restaurant said they will put out food for her in an attempt to lure her back. But we are heartbroken. She is Erics best pet ever. She sits on his lap every night and sleeps by his head. I am not looking for sympathy --- yes I am. I know we will not sleep tonight. My only hope is that we will get a call that someone has found her. I left our contact info with all the local merchants. They were SO nice and sympathetic.
