Our level of politicking is reduced to individuals, not how we want our regional politics to be directed. We rarely discuss on how we want to shape the direction of our region in terms of influencing both ANC and Government policy. This means should these cadres we talk about daily graduate to other structures then we will be left with nothing to talk about. I am reminding when one cadre said, Slick you dont understand politics? Then I was left confused asking this cadre what was politics and its purpose thereof, sadly I didnt receive an answer besides I got name calling. Besides electing leadership what we want to be done? This going to give us space to measure the effectiveness of our regional leadership.
