Our mermaid pod is looking for a third. We have a lovely little bedroom on a crooked hill right across the from Rock Creek PCC. Shared bathroom, washer dryer and kitchen in apartment. Rent is $415 plus a third of the untilities (electric and internet). We are two mermaids students who occasionally like party :) we are not concerned about gender or orientation, just be awsome and low maintance. We are looking for someone with steady income that can prove thier plan to pay rent. We have three amazing cats and are not looking for anyone with animals...at all. Room available December 1st.
