On June 10th, Urban Acres founder Steven Bailey brings his expert culinary experience to the farmstead to show you how to safely master basic knife skills in the kitchen. Students who attend the Basic Knife Skills class will also be eligible to move on to our Advanced class during the summer, and our Pro class this fall. (All knife skills students must be 18+.)
