Out for a walk this morning. i am needing to feel the earth below my feet and know that this the ecosystem i am a part of is bigger then anything a biological curve ball that DNA relatives throw in ones direction. Getting back to what matters- sometimes that means disconnection from family in order to continue progress for oneself, while disregarding the monsters that still haunt my life- The one different between cow poop and human verbal diarrhea is cow poop can fertilize and bring forth hardier stronger crop life and support healthy bacteria production. Human regurgitation only produces distressing toxic build up in one body causing damage to the neurological system and most critically destruction of the little DNA caps on cells called telemares- prematurely aging and rapidly destroying the healthy bacteria and organisms found in the brain that create for advancement of one self and their well being-
