Outing alert: Who is up for a slide show of trekking & climbing in NEPAL on Fri night? (Seattle Program Center, 7pm, free.) Craig Miller leads a Mountaineers Himalayan trip every year, and is outstanding leader. The photos will be of the 2014 trek / climb to the Khumbu (Everest) region, and the event is mostly for putting out word about the 2015 trek to the Dolpo region. The 2015 trip is most likely full, and the photos will be low-tech, but IF YOU EVER WANTED TO GO TO NEPAL and dont know how to get started, going on one of Craigs future trips is the EASIEST & BEST WAY TO DO IT.
