Over the past month people have been nearly in shock at how much Better I look then before. This isnt an illusion of some weird self esteem issues I truly looked much worse last year. The secret has not been a make over of any kind. Its been removing really toxic draining people and situations from my life. I got to the point I couldnt stand to see myself in pictures I was crying almost constantly and chalked it up to not aging so gracefully and just what felt like a permanent state of being. But after removing myself from other peoples drama and surrounding myself again with positive people personally and professionally I feel like Ive taken a miracle medicine that cured me from a sickness. I am so blessed for the awesome people who helped breath life back into my soul! I learned a valuable lesson toxic people are truly like walking vats of poison, who may even be good people but they too became infected by someone elses dysfunction. If you are not careful and enough spills on you, you become Ill. #goodenergy #goodpeople #goodhealth #alhumdillah #happiness
