***PERFECT WINGMAN!!!*** A volunteer writes: With a name like Moses most people will think of the Ten Commandments, or even Charlton Heston.... But I thought of the little ditty that Gene Kelly made famous: Moses supposes his toeses are Roses, But Moses supposes Erroneously, Moses he knowses his toeses arent roses, As Moses supposes his toeses to be! and so I serenaded Moses as we walked to the park. Hes a handsome fellow in his beautifully groomed caramel coat and is most likely housetrained going potty immediately and often. Hed clearly been holding it for a while. His face is adorably freckled, his eyes shine with intelligence and warmth. He pulls on the leash a bit but nothing that isnt manageable. Ignoring other dogs we pass, hed rather give chase to the squirrels and birds in the park but gives up quickly when he realizes it isnt going to happen. Good boy Moses! Moses sits when I ask him to, enjoys treats which he takes gently, and poses for pictures like a gentleman. When I left our pen to get his kennel ready he was waiting quietly and patiently for my return, wagging his tail happily in greeting. He lay down froggy style at my feet when I sat down to take some notes; we were comfortable old friends simply enjoying the warm sun together.
