PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST RULES pls read before you send the photofor cotest TRAVELKANNUR.COM INTERNATIONAL THEYYAM PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST 2015 (ONLINE EDITION) (IN ASSOCIATION WITH KERALA FOLKLORE ACADEMY) Travelkannur reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest or the terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on travelkannur or facebook/travelkannur Terms and Conditions 1. Submitted images must be minimum 1MB 2. Entry open for photographers from all over world 3. Only theyyam and theyyam related photos are allowed 4. Primary Rounds will be conducted from JAN - APR and first of batch of contest ends on 31st Jan. 5. Only current season photos will be considered for contest (Nov 14 to Apr 15) 6. One person can submit maximum 4 photos - one photo each from JAN - APR, but only one photo will be eligible for prize. 7. You must be the copyright owner of any works submitted and you also confirm you have the necessary permission from people who may appear in the photo. 8. No marking and editing allowed on photos. 9. Name of Theyyam, temple name, location and date of photo taken should be send along with photo. 10. Send your photos to travelkannur@gmail only - facebook uploaded not allowed 11. Name, address, mobile, email address of contestant must. 12. Photos with incomplete information will not be considered. 13. Photos uploaded to the contest cannot be deleted and may remain published. 14. If require, we will help you to come and take theyyam photos. 15. By entering this contest you agree that any winning image or runner up images you submit may be used by travelkannur future purposes. 16. Our panel of judges will asses all entries and then select 7 photos, only the winner will receive the prize unless otherwise stated. Judgement will be based on the points received from online likes you get against your photos and judges point. 17. The judge’s decision is final and they do not enter in to communication relating to entries. 18. Winners will be announced in the month of May 2015 19. Prize Money – will be finalized later
