“POWER WORD” FROM MY HOUSE TO YOURS… DECEMBER 07-14, 2014 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine Own understanding, in all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He Shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5-6) Hello all of you Grateful, Thankful and Blessed, people of God, Well I am on the road again.and is asking all Christian believers to pray with and for me in the Name of Jesus for a safe arrival and return from my assigned destination. I thank you in advance as I always strive to do the same for you. I hope this “Power Word” find you abiding in the peace and love of God. Listen up believers of God!! The Psalmist declares in Psalm 127:1; Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain. Hard work honors God. Therefore, God is not against human effort. ; With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men (Ephesians 6:7). Whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men (Colossians 3:23) But working to the exclusion of rest or to the neglect of family may be a cover-up for an inability to trust God to provide for our needs. Every one of us needs adequate rest and time of spiritual refreshment. Do you agree? But, this verse does not provide an excuse for us to be lazy (Proverbs 18:9). So, be careful to maintain a balance: Work while trusting God, and also rest while trusting God. Here are a few more additional scripture(s) you may find helpful to gain some more understanding. They are 1st Corinthians 10:31, Proverbs 12:24, Proverbs 13:4. Have a Wonderfully Blessed Week. Praise God for Who He is!!! Agape Unconditional Love, Jan F.
