PRC Alert as of 5:30 PM,16 July 2013 : PAGASA Weather Bulletin No. 3 for TROPICAL DEPRESSION "ISANG" issued At 4:00 PM, 16 July 2013 >Tropical Depression "ISANG" has slightly intensified as it moves to Isabela-Cagayan Area. >At 4:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "ISANG" was estimated from all available data at 230 km East of Northeast Baler, Aurora with maximum winds of of 45 kph near the center to move Northwest at 15 kph. >Forecast Position: Wednesday afternoon - in the vicinity of Cagayan Thursday afternoon- 380 Km Northwest of Aparri, Cagayan Friday afternoon- at 700 km Northwest of Aparri, Cagayan >PSWS no. 1 with (Winds of 45-60 kph is expected within the next 36 hours) was raised over Aurora, Quirino, Isabela, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Abra, Kalinga, Apayao, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cagayan incl. Calayan and Babuyan Group of Islands and Batanes Group of Islands. > Tropical Depression "ISANG" will enhance the Southwest Monsoon which will bring light to moderate rains and thunderstorms over MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Bicol Region and Western Visayas. > Estimated rainfall amount is from 5 - 15 mm per hour (moderate - heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the tropical Depression >PRC Chapters under public storm warning signal #1 are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides. > Keep on monitoring for weather updates.
