This post is dedicated to Nick Bottesi, a very fine young man of noble character, and to all those who can relate to and understand the words that have been written. Fewer people choose to love sacrificially instead of selfishly because it is harder, involves practicing self mastery, courage, overcoming ignorance, having humility, giving, and being obedient to God and His rules. Our Lord created you out of sacrificial love alone, with the predestination that you shall lead them out of their spiritual bondage through your choice to live a sacramental life of heroic virtue. Remember, sacrificial love is the strongest force in the universe, the bonds formed by it cannot ever be broken, and the very gates of hell cannot prevail against it. God is at work in you!!
