PSA: Microsoft Technical Department scammers are at it again. Phone number 768-787-8767. Someone calls, identifying themselves as a Microsoft Technician or something similar and asks to speak with the head of the house. They proceed to tell you your Windows PC is sending virus messages to them and they need to get into your PC to get rid of the Viruses, all for a fee. If you give them a CC number and give them access to your PC, they then proceed to hose your PC and ask for more money to unhose it. This group works out of India and can sound very convincing. Just hang up and dont try to have a conversation with them.
