In Skagit & Island counties, crews are making repairs to about 100 damage sites affecting about 7,300 customers; in Kitsap County, crews are responding to 131 damage sites that are impacting about 6,700 customers. In north King County, crews are repairing damage affecting about 2,500 customers. Scattered outages also in Pierce & Thurston counties.
