Page 6 will more then likely be my last post for a little while. Facebook is slowly dying out so my fan base is dropping. Ill be blogging soon. This decision might change between now and next monday. If I get some good responses from this page then page 7 will be released tomorrow night. Title: Walking The Apocalypse. Page: 6 I awoke to sounds of someone yelling, so I thought. After I was wide awake I realized that my reality had played a part in my unconscious thoughts, my dreams. As I rub my eyes I realize that Im in the city still, in my dream I was back over seas. I gather up my things, bag it and continue walking. The months are now getting cold as fall weather approaches. My food supply is now gone and my water is limited to now two bottles. I see a cat nearby, I havent eaten in almost three days. With no food and creatures blocking my advancements I have no choice, cat is on the menu. I made a bow and arrow, not a very good one but it should be sufficient. I take aim and fire, bulls eye! I start a fire and start to skin it when I hear rustling in the woods. I raise up slowly, position myself behind a large tree and take aim. A person? Am I seeing this correctly? Speak or Ill drop you, I said with a firm tone. No,no, please dont do that now. Says this guy coming out of the woods with his hands raised. He looked beat down and worn out. Hey, hi there. May I ask for a drink, please. He asked with his hands still raised with the exception of him occasionally pointing at my bag with his left hand. This is for me, get your own source of nourishment, I said, still with my guard up and weapon steadily pointed directly at the center of his head. Taking that from you will be bad for my health, so, how about a trade? I looked over to the side and he had green apples in his basket. Eat one and Ill consider your offer, pick it at random, no tricks. He eats one and offers me one for a little water. I drop my guard and move towards him, cautiously, with one hand on my gun. Theres no need to be alarmed young man, Im harmless, really, so he says! I asked him how he made it through and this was his story. -To be continued.
